Meet Kimberly Daly
Hi there! I'm Kimberly Daly — a longtime educator and a big believer in the power of mindfulness and movement to help children thrive.
For over 15 years, I’ve been teaching in elementary schools, weaving yoga, breathwork, and calming strategies into everyday classroom life. My passion lies in helping children learn how to care for their emotional well-being — not just when they’re upset, but in the little everyday moments, too.
With training in both education and business, and certifications in yoga for both kids and adults, I’ve spent years creating playful and practical tools that make mindfulness easy to understand and fun to practice. In my classroom and afterschool programs, I’ve introduced breathing exercises, affirmations, yoga poses, gratitude practices, and mindful games — all designed to help kids feel calm, confident, and capable.
Mindful Breathing Through The Seasons grew out of this work — a collection of breathing strategies tied to the rhythms of the year, created to gently guide children through big emotions with care and compassion.
